Account communications

We record account creation or first-observed sign-in, verification status and transactional email status to operate your account. Contact addresses in this activity record are encrypted at rest. Newly verified email accounts receive a welcome email; first-observed ChatGPT accounts may receive one after sign-in. ORDREL’s owner receives an account notification at its business mailbox and can view account activity in the private dashboard. These messages do not enrol you in marketing. Contact support@ordrel.io about account data or deletion.

Your purchase

ORDREL sells English-language digital tools and study reports. Prices are one-time amounts in USD, shown before you continue to Stripe. These digital-file and study-report purchases do not start a subscription. Optional Coverage web plans are billed separately under the Coverage terms. The final payable amount is shown at checkout.

Your organization may edit and use purchased files internally, including its own reports and improvement work. You can keep, edit, print and export from your purchased files for internal work without a web subscription. A purchase licenses the listed files; it does not activate web-tool exports or include future products. Do not resell, redistribute or publish the blank templates, or claim ownership of ORDREL branding. You retain rights to your own data.

Tools support structured decisions. They do not provide certification, a professional process audit, legal or safety advice, guaranteed savings or a proven root-cause diagnosis. Check results against your process and local requirements before making changes.

Formats and delivery

Each product page lists the files included. Workbook calculations and package integrity have been tested programmatically; Excel desktop and Power BI Desktop behavior have not been independently certified. No Microsoft license or live equipment integration is included. Other editors may change Word layouts.

After Stripe confirms payment, use Order access to retrieve your files. Save your private recovery code before paying; an available browser cookie also helps you return. When automatic email delivery is available at checkout, ORDREL sends purchase and access instructions to the email address entered at Stripe. You can request new access links from Order access using that email. Email access links work once; purchase links expire after 7 days and requested recovery links after 1 hour. Older orders and orders placed while email delivery is unavailable can still be recovered using their saved code or browser. Contact support if neither is available.

Study reports include a self-contained HTML file, a JSON snapshot and CSV data and action-plan files. Open the HTML file in a browser and use Print → Save as PDF. Reports purchased before September 15, 2026 retain access to their original snapshot and report version through Order access, without another payment. New decision reports are included with an active ORDREL Plus or Teams subscription. They are generated on demand rather than stored as a new purchase.

Download links last 10 minutes. A valid order can obtain new links. A full refund or dispute disables future downloads. Files already downloaded cannot be recalled.

Refunds and support

If a product does not meet your needs, request a refund within 14 days of purchase through Order access or support. We offer a full refund within that window. Report broken delivery or a generation defect whenever you find it so we can repair it or arrange a refund. Your applicable statutory rights are unaffected.

Requests are reviewed manually; submitting the form does not instantly issue a refund. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary. Do not send card numbers, passwords, recovery codes or workplace secrets by email.

Data and privacy

The free tools keep inputs in the open page and a temporary browser-session recovery copy. With an active Plus or Teams membership, Download project creates a portable file on your device. Ordinary exports are prepared locally after an online membership check. Choosing Save to account (Save project in translated tools) sends the current draft to your private, signed-in ORDREL account; cloud saving is manual. Free accounts can keep up to 20 private projects; Plus and each active Teams planner can keep up to 100. Existing projects are not deleted on cancellation. Adding new projects after paid access ends requires being below the Free limit. Open or delete these through My work or Account projects. Sign-in identifies the account using email or ChatGPT. These sign-in methods have separate saved work; matching email addresses do not combine accounts. Project data is not shared with other users or sent to an AI provider. Deleting a project removes its active saved copy; files you downloaded remain on your device. You can also choose Save on this device to keep up to 40 named copies in this browser. Later edits to that device copy save locally after a short pause; account saving remains manual. Device copies are accessible to anyone using this browser and can be lost when browser storage is cleared. Delete them through My work. Use account saving or a downloaded file for work you need to retain. Anonymous usage counts are collected as described below. They do not include your study inputs or persistent visitor identifiers. Hosting infrastructure may process technical request information such as IP addresses and URLs.

On the decision-report page, opening a study and reviewing readiness happen locally. When a paying member explicitly consents and requests a download, the study, observations, exclusions, review statements and scenario assumption are sent to ORDREL to generate that file. The new member-report service does not write the submitted snapshot to the database or object storage. Weekly review reports combine current saved action snapshots in your browser after membership verification. Report notes remain on that page and do not update saved projects. They are not a historical change log. Keep downloaded files yourself. Snapshots from earlier one-time report purchases remain stored for order recovery. Submit only information you are authorized to use, without personal, patient or confidential workplace data. Data-access and portability requests can be made through support without a subscription.

Order records contain product, amount, payment identifiers, status, hashed recovery code, download counts and any refund request. For orders with email delivery, ORDREL also stores an encrypted checkout email address, a hash used for lookup, encrypted outgoing messages and delivery-attempt status. Microsoft 365 processes transactional emails. No marketing signup is created. Microsoft acceptance does not guarantee inbox delivery; check your junk folder if a message is missing. ORDREL does not store payment-card details. Stripe handles payment information under its own privacy policy. The report generator uses defined calculations and rules; study data is not sent to an AI provider.

Anyone holding your recovery code, an unused email access link or a valid download link can access the associated files. Keep them private. Opening an email access link creates a secure order-access cookie lasting up to 30 days; your saved recovery code remains valid. Generated download links can appear in hosting request logs. Contact support about data access, correction or deletion. Deleting a stored report can remove future recovery; transaction records may need to be retained for accounting, dispute handling or applicable obligations.
