Your plan
Free includes one planner, eight roster people and three cases. Plus costs $4.99 USD per month for one planner, 25 people and 20 cases. Teams costs $49.99 USD per month per workspace for two planners, 50 people and 100 cases. Paid files and Windows licenses are separate purchases.
Monthly renewal and cancellation
A paid subscription starts when Stripe confirms payment and renews monthly until canceled. Review the total in Checkout before paying. Cancel renewal in Account & billing; verified paid access continues through the displayed period end. You can still read and export saved work after cancellation. Editing is subject to free limits. Contact support for plan changes, billing problems, refund requests or rights provided by applicable law. No setup fee.
What this service does
Coverage stores a manually maintained roster, staffing gaps and recorded offer, acceptance and approval steps. Candidate eligibility uses your entered assumptions. Costs are wage estimates in USD, not payroll calculations. Approved cases block overlapping assignments; hours for other assignments must be updated manually. No employee messages are sent. This is an English-language nonclinical operations tool, not a clinical staffing, legal compliance or payroll system.
Accounts and stored information
Sign in with ChatGPT. ORDREL receives your authenticated account identifier and email. Workspace names, roster display names, roles, wage assumptions, availability flags, cases, notes and activity history are stored on our hosted service. Stripe processes payments; card numbers are not stored by ORDREL. The workspace owner and an invited Teams planner can view workspace information. Use display names and avoid patient data or sensitive personal information.
You can export your workspace and delete cases or roster entries in the app. Contact support from your account email to request complete account and workspace deletion. Billing records may be retained where required. The visible history contains the latest 100 events; exported files should be kept securely. No automated employee contact or marketing enrollment is part of account creation.
