Your plan

ORDREL Free includes browser calculations and results, 20 private Lean projects per account, and Coverage for one planner, eight roster people and three cases. ORDREL Plus costs $9.99 USD per month or $99 USD per year for one account. It includes 100 private Lean projects, supported tool exports, Time Study Decision Reports and weekly review reports, and Coverage for one planner, 25 people and 20 cases. ORDREL Teams costs $49.99 USD per month or $499 USD per year per workspace for up to five planners, 50 people and 100 Coverage cases. Each active planner receives the same exports, reports and 100 private Lean projects. Lean projects remain private; shared editing applies to Coverage only. Roster people are records, not paid login seats. Word, Excel and Power BI shop files are separate one-time purchases.

Billing, renewal and cancellation

Annual subscriptions are charged in full at the start of each year; the monthly equivalent on Pricing is for comparison only. Existing subscriptions retain their agreed recurring amount while the same subscription continues. An existing $4.99 monthly Plus subscription is not automatically moved to $9.99. If a subscription ends and you rejoin, the current price applies. Open checkout sessions retain their quoted price until they expire. Existing Teams subscriptions receive the five-planner allowance without a price increase.

A paid subscription starts when Stripe confirms payment and renews at the selected monthly or annual interval until canceled. Review the total in Checkout before paying. Cancel renewal in Membership & billing; verified paid access continues through the displayed period end. When the paid period ends, tool exports and new report downloads stop. Existing private Lean projects remain readable, editable and removable; creating additional projects requires being below the Free limit. Coverage edits are subject to Free limits, and invited planners lose shared access. We do not delete work solely because a subscription ends. Previously purchased files and reports retain their original order access. Contact support for plan changes, billing problems, refund requests or rights provided by applicable law. No setup fee.

Exports and decision reports

Supported exports include CSV, project JSON, text, chart PNG and Print / PDF where offered by each tool. An active paid membership and an online verification are required. Ordinary tool exports are prepared in your browser without uploading the input data. Decision reports require your explicit consent to send the study for server processing. New member reports are generated on demand without storing the submitted snapshot as an order. Keep your downloaded snapshot if you want to reproduce the report. There is no per-report charge or fixed report quota; reasonable request-rate and file-size limits protect availability. Exported files already on your device are not revoked after cancellation. Browser and operating-system screenshot or copy functions are outside ORDREL’s controls.

What Coverage does

Coverage stores a manually maintained roster, staffing gaps and recorded offer, acceptance and approval steps. Candidate eligibility uses your entered assumptions. Costs are wage estimates in USD, not payroll calculations. Approved cases block overlapping assignments; hours for other assignments must be updated manually. No employee messages are sent. This is an English-language nonclinical operations tool, not a clinical staffing, legal compliance or payroll system.

Accounts and stored information

Sign in with email or ChatGPT. ORDREL receives your authenticated account identifier and email. Email accounts use Supabase for password authentication and Resend for confirmation and recovery messages. Email and ChatGPT accounts have separate saved work; we do not combine accounts by matching email addresses. Workspace names, roster display names, roles, wage assumptions, availability flags, cases, notes and activity history are stored on our hosted service. Stripe processes payments; card numbers are not stored by ORDREL. The workspace owner and an invited Teams planner can view workspace information. Use display names and avoid patient data or sensitive personal information.

An active paid member can export the workspace; the owner can delete cases or roster entries in the app. Data-access and portability requests are available through support without buying a subscription. Contact support from your account email to request complete account and workspace deletion. Billing records may be retained where required. The visible history contains the latest 100 events; exported files should be kept securely. No automated employee contact or marketing enrollment is part of account creation.
