What would it need to save you?

Time freed is capacity, not automatically a payroll saving. Enter cash only when spending actually falls, such as eliminated overtime or lower material purchases. Do not count the same benefit twice. The calculator does not add time value to cash savings. Taxes, fees, recurring costs and other implementation expenses are excluded.

Hours = minutes × workdays ÷ 60. Time value = hours × hourly value. Cash payback = price ÷ monthly cash savings. Time-value break-even = (price + setup hours × hourly value) ÷ hourly value × 60. This last measure values effort; it is not cash payback.
