Method, boundaries & sources
Availability = run ÷ planned time. Performance = total ÷ (ideal rate × run time). Quality = good ÷ total. OEE = ideal time for good output ÷ planned time. Unavailable factors are shown as —.
Losses use equivalent minutes: recorded stops; run minus ideal time for all output; ideal time for rejects/rework; and ideal time for good output. They sum to planned production time.
