ORDREL / ABOUT

Practical tools. Clear methods.

ORDREL makes browser tools and editable files for people improving everyday work.

What you can use

Explore free Lean and continuous improvement tools for measuring time, estimating workload capacity, investigating problems, organizing work and planning mistake-proofing. OEE helps with equipment performance. The shop offers paid files with their formats, language, price and contents shown on each product page.

Lean applies beyond the factory floor. Our examples include office work, service operations and logistics, while each tool keeps its own assumptions and limits.

How to read our methods and examples

Calculators show their input units, formulas and assumptions in the accompanying guidance. Use consistent periods and comparable work. Estimates depend on the data you enter; they are not proof that a process change will deliver a result.

Examples labeled fictional are teaching scenarios, not customer results. A checklist records a plan; it does not enforce a control in another system. A possible cause needs evidence before it becomes a conclusion.

The Lean methodology guide links to primary method references. Guide updates show a revision date when their content changes. No accreditation or certification is implied by using these tools.

Your work and measurement

Tools calculate in your browser. Saving to an account is a separate, manual action. Anonymous usage events record approved page paths and event types, not your form contents. Read the data policy and measurement preferences for details.

The storefront is available in seven languages and tool interfaces in English, Spanish, Portuguese and Chinese. This methods page and the Lean guide are currently in English. Paid files and checkout are in English.
